Winter CSA
When you sign up, I order your fryers and/or hogs. You are the owner of the animals. I take care of them until you pick up the finished processed fryers and/or pork. The fryers will be fresh and the pork will be frozen. You can pick them up at the Ann Arbor Farmers market on Wednesday or Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm. The poultry starts in late October and the pork starts in January.
